Q: What room will my function be in?

A: We have several rooms at Jonah's to accommodate groups of various sizes and needs. All are attractive and functional and we will work with you to determine which one will best fit your party's size and menu choices. Your event's final destination will be based on the mix of functions we host on that date.

Q: How much is the deposit?

A: Five dollars per person anticipated, which is non-refundable but will be deducted in its entirety at the event's conclusion.

Q: What is the guarantee policy?

A: We require a guaranteed number of guests to be charged for, no later than 48 hours prior to start of your event. Jonah's will automatically be prepared for an additional 10%.

Q: How much are the Sales Tax & Gratuity?

A: 8% Sales Tax, 2% Service Charge and 18% Gratuity.

Q: What kind of centerpieces or decorations may we use?

A: It is mostly up to your individual tastes, but there are a few things that we do not allow and will result in an additional charge. Ask your Banquet Coordinator for suitable suggestions.

Q: Do you allow outside caterers?

A: No, outside food & beverages are not allowed. However celebratory cakes are allowed and charged for accordingly.

Q: May we have entertainment?

A: Entertainers are allowed and will be charged for accordingly.

Q: What style of liquor service is best suited for my event?

A: You may choose from:

OPEN all beverages will be added to the final bill

CASH beverages other than coffee & iced tea will be paid for individually (coffee & iced tea are complimentary with the room charges)

NA any non-alcoholic beverages will be placed on the final bill, others will pay individually

LIMITED certain beverages will be added to the final bill, and others will be paid for individually

CAPPED a pre-determined time period or dollar amount will be added to the final bill

Q: How many entrée choices are available for my function?

A: This varies upon the events' number of people & start time.

DINNER 1–50 Guests: 3 Choices

51–79 Guests: 2 Choices

80+ Guests: 1 Choice

LUNCH 1–29 Guests:  2 Choices

30+ Guests: 1 Choice

Q: What accompanies the chosen dinner entrée?

A: Each dinner is served with a seasonal vegetable garnish, fresh baked bread, salad, and potato. For the salad, you may choose either an "egg-less" Caesar or a Balsamic Vinaigrette & spring greens. For the potato, you may choose from: baked Idaho, or mashed.

Q: What accompanies the chosen lunch entrée?

A: Depending on which entrées are selected the accompaniments may vary, check with your Banquet Coordinator for specific selections.

Q: What about vegetarian or restricted diets?

A: Not a problem, just make us aware of any special needs and our chef will accommodate your guest's requests.

Q: What about children's meals?

A: Just give us an idea of how many children will be joining us and we will be more than happy to offer them several options from our children's menu.

Q: What about dessert service?

A: We offer two options to your guests as we take their individual dinner order or one option after they have enjoyed their meal.

Q: Can Jonah's provide a dessert buffet?

A: Yes, just speak to your Banquet Coordinator about current dessert offerings and which ones are the most suitable.

Q: How many party trays will I need?

A: You should choose the types that you would like and your Banquet Coordinator will assist you in determining quantities.
